This distinctively SETRINO Petticoat is a FULL SKIRTED CHARMER with two striking layers of ruffled Organdy. The waist is adjustable and the skirt also as always! You can wear the petticoat over your prettier than ever hips if you like that look. The umbrella decorated skirt length is 55 cm or 22 inches and up to larger sizes 60 cm or 24 inches.
