A black lovely two layered Soft Chiffon Petticoat looks fabulous under this swing dress.
The petticoat Magically POOFS out the dress to give it a modern petticoat style. The waist is adjustable as is the skirt so you can wear the Petticoat over your hips if you like that look and wear them under other skirts too !
The skirt length is 55 cm or 22 inches and 60 cm or 24 inches for medium sizes.
