Europe - no EU countries and World wide
Orders are sent as quickly as possible once we’ve confirmed payment. This is usually within 2 days. We will inform you as soon as we know if there are any problems or discrepancies.
 
Allowances should be made for orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays. We are open Monday – Friday from 8.00 until 6.00 GMT.
 
European orders are sent through DHL POST service. This should normally take between 5 and 10 working days from when your order was dispatched.
 
If you have placed a large order with us, your order might be sent to you in 2 or more parcels. Don’t panic if they are delivered separately. This is unfortunate but beyond our control!
 
Postage and packing for countries within Europe starts at  EUR 15.00 and is calculated automatically on the billing page, once your delivery address is confirmed.
Please be aware that delays can occur in customs and these delays are outside of our control.
 
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country.
 
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.
 
Missing orders
Please do not contact us regarding your missing order unless it’s been 28 days since you placed your order and paid for it.
 
In the unlikely event that you haven’t received your order within 28 business days in the EU please e mail us at service@petticoatshop.com with “MISSING ITEM” and the order number in the subject.
 
 

 
Order information
When checking out we accept payment by the following methods

PAYPAL - the safer easier way to pay without exposing your bank account or credit card details.

CREDITCARD- offers a secure payment by MASTERCARD or VISA


Please e mail us with any questions before ordering if you are not sure about something. We will always do our best to help you as quickly as we can. This can sometimes take a couple of days, but we will get back to you.
 
If you have a special occasion coming up please try to order with plenty of time to spare. If you do need an item urgently please e mail us BEFORE ordering and while we will do our very best for you, we cannot make any guarantees.
 

 
Returns
If the item doesn’t fit, you simply change your mind or if you have selected the wrong clothes for a particular use we can only offer you a credit note for the amount returned.
 
A credit note is a gift voucher for our website which you will be able to use as a payment method. This will only be issued within 7 working days of when we receive the return. Any items eligible for a credit note must be sent back to us within 14 working days of you receiving them. Items sent back after this period are not eligible.
 
Sale items and special made items are non- returnable.
 
Before returning any orders please email us at service@petticoatshop.com with "RETURN" along with your order number in the subject box. Also we cannot process any returns unless you include in the package a copy of your invoice or all the order details including the order number, when it was ordered, your name, shipping address and payment method.
All items are checked before dispatch, but we are a small company and mistakes can happen. In the unlikely event your item is damaged or incorrect please e mail us with the details and reasons why you would like a refund at service@petticoatshop.com. Please write “REFUND” and your order number in the subject line so we can advice you on how to proceed.

This is the ONLY circumstance under which we will refund. We can only confirm that a refund will be given once we have received the return and checked it. Once we get it back we will try to process the refund and inform you within 7 days.
 
When returning garments to us to receive a credit note, please make sure they come back to us in the same condition they were sent to you in. Ensure you don’t wear deodorant or perfume or anything else that could leave a mark/scent when trying on the clothes.  
 
All returns should be posted back to us Recorded Delivery or with a postage method that has a tracking number. We are not responsible for any packages which do not make it back to us & will not process the return until we receive it.

We will normally process returns within 7 days of receiving them & once completed you will receive an email with your credit note details.

If you wish to exchange an item , please be aware that delivery charges will be applied for each subsequent delivery.
 
All delivery- and transfer charges are non-refundable.

General

The following are the Terms and Conditions of SETRINO a subsidiary of Mauber GmbH. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order you are accepting these terms and conditions, which are legally binding. In particular, by accepting these terms and conditions you agree to the processing and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you are not happy with any of these terms and conditions then please do not proceed with your order but contact SETRINO for further information.

The Terms and Conditions of this site are governed by the laws of Germany and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the German court. If you access this site from outside Germany, you do so on your own initiative and you are responsible for compliance with any local laws.


Confirmation of your order

All orders need to be confirmed by us to become legally effective. Once a reconfirmation of your order has been dispatched by us a legally binding contract will exist.

Conditions of delivery

Most items are usually delivered within 3-5 working days in Europe and within 7-14 working days outside Europe. Occasionally, due to postal or custom clearance delays, it may take longer. 3 - and 4 tiers FLAMINGO petticoats and petticoats from size XXL are custom made within 3 days.

Please note, if the billing address does not match the credit card holder's address the items will not be dispatched. However, if you're an established SETRINO customer, we may consider delivering items to an alternative address.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publishing and are quoted in EURO.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes.


Stock Availability

Unless indicated otherwise all items listed on the website are typically available ex stock. Should an item be out of stock you will be notified.


Conformity of Goods

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. Please note the colours you see will depend on your monitor and therefore the actual colour of the item received may slightly differ from what was seen on the website.



Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return the merchandise to our handling agent within one month of receipt provided that written notification of the return of the merchandise has been given within 14 days after receipt. Shipping and handling charges will be at the expense of the purchaser. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund (typically within 3 – 5 working days after the return of the merchandise) provided that the product is received by SETRINO complete, in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Please note that merchandise can be tried for the purpose of establishing the fit but must not be worn or damaged in any form or fashion. Returned items that do not meet the above criteria will be evaluated and the customer may be charged for any loss or damage.
Custom made items are not eligible for return or exchange.

A copy of your original invoice must be included with the shipment. Our multiple 3 and 4 layered petticoats, all floor length and all calf length petticoats are special custom made after ordering and can not may return.

Credit Card Payments

SETRINO accepts the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Warning – For your security all credit card transactions will be checked for authenticity. The details of possible fraudulent transactions will be submitted to appropriate legal authorities.

Privacy Policy

All communications between you and SETRINO will be held in strict confidentiality. SETRINO will not disclose any buyer’s information to third parties
